INQUIRY SESSIONS continue this Tuesday evening, 7:00-8:00, Liturgy Office. Even if you were not able to be here last week, come and join us this week.
CONFIRMATION PRESENTATION: At this weekend’s 4:30 & 11:00 Masses, our 8th graders and high school students who are preparing to celebrate the sacrament of Confirmation, will be presented to the parish to ask for our prayers and support.
DRIED PALMS may still be brought next week, but only until Sunday at 10:00, when they will be burned for ashes to be used on Ash Wednesday.
A final reminder to adult Liturgical Ministers: Our ANNUAL MORNING OF PRAYER will be held Saturday, February 13 in Jaeger Hall, 9:00-11:45 A.M. Our topic is “The New Roman Missal.”
OPERATION RICE BOWL , Catholic Relief Services’ Lenten program, will again be part of our Lenten almsgiving this year. The Rice Bowls will be available next weekend at the church entrances. Also available at that time will be “The Word Among Us,” a daily Lenten reflection guide.
STATIONS OF THE CROSS , on Fridays during Lent, begin Friday, February 19th. A sign-up sheet (for readers & Altar Servers) is available in the work sacristy for anyone who wishes to take an active part in one or more of these Lenten devotions.
CHRISTIAN INITIATION: The older children and adults who are not baptized will continue their preparatory rites for this Sacrament, with the Rite of Anointing of Catechumens at next weekend’s 9:00 Mass.
